For the purpose of annual renewals, a "user" is defined as any individual who creates an account and actively uses the AI Coaching Assistant feature. A user account is created when someone logs into the system and begins using the AI tools.
The physical coaching cards can be shared across your team without additional user fees. Only those who access the AI Coaching Assistant platform count as active users for renewal purposes.
Starting in year two, the annual renewal fee of $99 per user per year provides continued access to the AI Coaching Assistant, content updates, and priority support. You will be notified 30 days before your renewal date.
All content, including the CLEAR framework, coaching cards, videos, and AI tools, are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
CLEAR Performance Coaching provides educational and coaching materials. We are not liable for any business outcomes or decisions made based on our materials. Use of our products does not guarantee specific results.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website.
